Among them, the side closing of the window of the Lijin net frame was improved by multiple site feedback and design departments and changed to the following method. This approach can hide the ugly problem of the cutting board on site, and the waterproofing is better than the previous approach. If the Lijin grid frame is approved by the construction site, this approach will be used after the second quarter.

 

Although there were no major issues with the engineering department throughout the quarter, minor issues should be corrected in time to avoid future troubles.
 
1. The problem of stainless steel wire mesh installation. The grid construction drawings of stainless steel wire mesh have been basically marked with 300x300 and 350x350 after the completion of the grid size, but in fact, the installer may misunderstand that the surrounding self-drilling screws are also at a distance of 300 or 350, which is actually not It's not like this. See the picture below for details! Therefore, technical clarification before installation is very important. In addition, the blanking list is also required by the engineering department. The stainless steel wire mesh blanking list will indicate the spacing of the self-drilling screws and the weight of the order.

 

 

2. The self-drilling screws of the wall panel have been marked on the accessories list with one for each wave crest. The project leader must communicate with the team before installing the wall panel. Don’t wait until you find that the self-drilling screws are half more than half. Find the reason, and explain that the exposed self-drilling screws are all self-drilling with nylon heads!
